Willow sculptors will build a willow sculpture in your garden or do informal educational work with willow sculpture, as well as allied subjects. This table covers green willow workers.
Willow fencing makers - make woven willow hurdles or movable fencing using willow rods as an alternative to cleft chestnut paling.
Willow spiling - planing willows, often with woven willow barriers, in river and loch banks to prevent erosion. Common in lowland England, but rare in Scotland. This is a highly effective, cheap, long-lived and ecologically beneficial alternative to concrete or brick walls or steel-mesh gabions.
